COVID-19

Our guests and staff health is our number one priority

We have been staying up to date on statements made by the World Health Organization and Local authorities about health protocols pertaining to COVID19 and implemented several procedures to stay proactive and healthy.

  • Limited Capacity of our resort has been implemented to avoid crowding communal areas.
  • Up to date info
We are in constant communication with our staff to keep them informed on the latest information.
  • Hand Hygiene
Cleaning and Sanitation Stations have been installed in the outdoor restrooms at the entrance of our communal areas.
  • Face Masks
Our staff is required to wear facemasks and we have a stock of extra masks for any guests that are in need of one.
  • Social Distancing
Physical Distancing will be practiced and asked of our staff and guests while enjoying communal spaces. Our communal kitchen has been designed to allow for private storage space.
  • Sanitation Protocols
Our housekeeping team is using cleaning & disinfecting protocols to clean each suite/room after guests depart and before the next guest arrives. We have also increased the frequency of disinfecting our common areas.
